GFWP BUSINESS PROPOSAL – Web Site Announcement

 

ITI Limited is a Public Sector Undertaking of Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications and IT. ITI Limited, the leading Telecom Equipment Manufacturer and Solution Provider in India, is a major supplier of telecom equipment to the service providers like BSNL and MTNL   ITI  has plans to diversify its product range and increase its market share in supplies and deployment of Switching equipment in India. 

 

ITI seeks the partnership of Reputed Technology Providers for Manufacture / Market / Sale of GFWP  for meeting the requirements in India covering BSNL and MTNL as well as Export Market covering Buy-back options.   Depending upon the future market requirements and viability of business,  ITI would like to go for Transfer of Technology for manufacture of the GFWP at CKD Level.  The preferred Transfer of Technology Parameters are Transfer of Know-how by way of Documentation, Training, Technical Assistance and such other Technical support enabling ITI to independently take up manufacture of GFWP  and offer After Sales / Repair Support &  AMC support.   

 

With this background, ITI invites technical and commercial proposals from OEMs of GFWP to supply the same against GR Ref. GR/MSG-01/02 Mar. 2004 with its Latest Amendments.  The Proposals may please be forwarded by the Technology Providers to R. Details of the Terms and Conditions of the Long Term Technology Alliance can be mutually discussed and agreed at a later stage.
